SOLPEY is capable of manufacturing machined components up to 1,000kg and our production machine tools include conventional and CNC machines, with CAD-CAM support. The company works to customers’ specifications and standards and can quickly adjust to any required changes. HQ are located in Sant Vicenç de Castellet (Barcelona), and covers a surface area of 1,400 square metres.
The materials Solpey commonly uses include carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, engineering plastic, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals. They offer a full range of services such as machining, assembly, heat treatment, electrolytic coating, plastic coating and grinding.
Quality Assurance Department rigorously monitors the entire manufacturing process in order to guarantee the technical and quality specifications.. Solpey works to the standards set by ISO 9001:2008 and provide a full warranty for our products. To meet customer requirements the company operates specific patterns of monitoring and control that allow us to assure the quality of the product as well as its traceability, from supply of the materials to our company to delivery of the finished product to our customer.
